Boasting two large dining rooms, the restaurant features linen-draped tables, fine china, ceiling chandeliers and walls trimmed with classic wood molding to accent its European style.
 
The Crown Sterling is about personal attention and our seasoned service staff is undoubtedly the finest. Our waiters are dressed in full tuxedos and each has his or her own personal busser to attend to your every whim.  

Our specialty is our aged beef. We offer the leanest, and tastiest, most pampered steaks you’ll find anywhere. We make sure every beef entrée is perfectly aged and closely trimmed. Cooked over live fire on a charcoal grill centered in the middle dining room, each hand-cut steak is prepared for superior flavors and consistency.
 
The Crown Sterling is open for dinner Monday – Saturday. The restaurant has banquet rooms available for special events, parties, after rehearsal dinners, business meetings, and other memorable events.
